Your Rural Water District 5 staff is here to assist you. Whether you need help with a bill or a question about your usage, we are here to serve you.

Our business office hours are generally Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to noon. At times, the office may be closed for errands, appointments, meetings, training, sick days, etc.  If the office is closed, a payment may be dropped off at the front door drop.

Even if the business office is closed, we are ALWAYS available by phone for water emergencies, information and questions. 

Our operators, however, work a wide variety of hours throughout the 24/7/365 cycle, taking daily water samples, meter reading, and maintaining, repairing and operating the distribution system.  We are always available by phone.
